Unfortunately we lost a really tight semi to Casey and Bart 16-14 in the third at the SA Open. Never nice to lose but everyone played well and they just got us in the end!:) It was good to be able to bounce back quickly though to beat Estonia in a tight Bronze medal match 21-18 21-19! Thanks heaps to Stay Tuned Sports Medicine - Wellness Centres for looking after us all weekend, the amazing for decking us out, Bollé for making us look good, Point of Relief for causing us lots of awesome trigger point pain, the The Sandusa for being smart, VicBeach and the awesome crew, The amazing Karalee in Perth, Melbourne Beaches Volleyball Association - MBVA and of course APAC Sport Media for literally making everyone look just that good :)

After some really tight games weve made it through to the semi finals here in glenelg on Super Sunday!!:) Conditions yesterday were pretty cold and windy in the morning and the amazing owen hammond asked us to look tough in all our cozy layers because we are cold. We obviously arent tough ;)

SA Open is in full swing down at Glenelg beach! Pool play done and dusted stay tuned for round of 16 and quarter final match ups! Yewww!
