The Project is always trying to perfect the group fitness model. From its inception in 2014 The Project is now moving through a new stage of development.
From outdoor training, to a small location to a big location and now new training and tracking style The Project is a collective of like-minded people, coming together to prioritise long-term health and fitness in our daily lives and have fun at the same time. Some of us are athletes, some of us squeeze in sessions around school drop-offs and 9-to-5s, but we all have one thing in common: we care about our health.

New Midday sesh is a hit.
Workout breakdown
3MOM
Every 3 minutes you have a little workout to complete. You can choose a Rookie, Intermediate or Advanced rep count. At the start of the 3 minutes you start your workout. Whatever is left in the 3 minutes is your rest. At the start of the next 4 minutes you go again 3 times. Then onto a new work and do it again.

No one is happy with the situation we find ourselves in.
No one jumps for joy when our world is limited to 5ks and the same 4 walls.
No one's stoked to have to figure out refunds for flights or events.
Sh*ts kinda hard right now. We might "all be in the same boat" but if The Titanic taught us anything it's that the experience is quite different for all on-board.
Be kind.
Ask questions beyond how are you?
Check in on those whose support network isn't at their door step.
Support the cafes and restaurants, cinemas and gyms so they are still there in the future.
And be honest with yourself if you need help.

The Project is always trying to perfect the group fitness model.
From its inception in 2014 The Project is now moving through a new stage of development. From outdoor training, to a small location to a big location and now new training and tracking styles. The project aims to evolve with its members, creating new challenges and daily objectives.
At The Project, all individual sessions are recordable and progressive. Meaning you can see where all your hard work is going.
Strength training is designed around balance. Each session encompasses a full body workout to keep the muscles balanced and help align posture. Strength training isn't circuit training, time and rest is required to get the most out of your workout, thats why we allocated 7-8 minutes per exercise so you have time to work and recover.
Your strength tracking journal will not only show you the gains you are making but supply you with progressive style changes. This means that no matter when you start you will be able to progress through your training correctly.
Cardio Workout come in many different forms. The session goes for 45 minutes.
