Why Recovery Should Be Prioritised
Most people focus on the hour they spend training and overlook the other 23 hours of the day. The reality is that you don’t get fitter, stronger, or healthier during training—you get those results during recovery.
Training creates stress on the body. Recovery is where your body repairs muscle tissue, replenishes energy stores, reduces fatigue, regulates hormones, and adapts to become stronger and more resilient. Without adequate recovery, performance plateaus, soreness lingers, motivation drops, and injury risk increases.
That’s why we’ve combined several proven recovery modalities to help you recover smarter, feel better, and perform at your best.
