I was at wits endā¦.after going through covid and enjoying one too many delicious treats, my husband and l had stacked on one too many comfy kgs and in turn the husband was snoring like an absolute champion. Me, being the ever supportive wife, was fuming every morning with the snoring harmony keeping me awake nightly and knew things had to change. Pronto.
I signed us both up to boxing bootcamp, and from there led to 6mths of double bootcamp sessions twice weekly.
Let me tell you, the change has been phenomenal!
Snorer husband is no longer snoring and Iām a happy, well rested wife again. Weāve both become fitter, leaner and stronger. We make smarter food choices and our lifestyle is so much better for our commitment to regular bootcamp sessions.
Besides the physical benefits love our sessions with likeminded fitness friends and the community that is TMF!

- Eat unprocessed foods

- Listen to positive podcast / music / YouTube
- Less time on social media
- Move 30+min daily!
