Congrats to for finishing her first Dirty Warrny and getting on the podium to boot. A stylish performance with lots of smiles and determination. Awesome Sim so happy for you and superb to finally meet in person after a fair time working together to accomplish this goal. πŸ‘ŒπŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈ

The Dirty Warrny, a shining example of what a bike race can be like.πŸ‘ŒFun before and after with a bit of suffering in between. Well done to for taking time out from the bubble of the ACT to come south into Mexico and come to play on the gravel. A PB over race distance and category win. πŸ₯‡πŸš΄

Well done to Sim for racing her first gravel race the Gravelista on Sunday.
The Gravelista is one of the biggest gravel races around being a UCI qualifier. Sim rode to her strengths, kept it upright and had a super race.
Being under 100km in length meant it was a bit short for Sim as she regularly rides 200km on the gravel. Next week is Dirty Warrny time and Sim is doing the 246km event so she will be in her element. Good luck πŸ’ͺ🚴

Masters ITT Nationals 2024 -πŸ₯‰.
Congratulations to John McKinnon on a superb ride achieving another podium, this time 3rd. A super result, missing out on 2nd by 2.5 sec - super close!!
But wait there is more to the story...
John rolls up at the start gate, 2 min to go and realises his front tyre has gone flat. Being a tubular John thought bu**er it let's get some air into it and hope for the best. So after a frantic few moments John gets back to the start gate with 30sec to go and one of the officials request him to go back through scrutineering as he had left the start area.πŸ€” After a few hectic moments John is allowed to start on time and squeezes the most out of the bike riding the last 8km back on the saddle to stop the rim from touching the ground over the bumps. Fair play John and ride of the day I say and yes I'm biased.πŸ‘πŸ‘Š

A massive weekend of racing at the Queensland state titles held in Bundaberg.
Warren and Adam had excellent campaigns with Adam 4th in the TT,πŸ₯ˆin the road race and πŸ₯‰ in the crit. Warren had a blinder with πŸ₯‡in the TT, πŸ₯‡in the road race and πŸ₯‰in the crit.
Adam was still holding onto some form from the Belgium training camp earlier in the year πŸ‡§πŸ‡ͺ and Warren has been training super consistently with the states firmly in his sights. The Fraser Coast CC shone bright during the titles and took home many medals congratulations to all. πŸ‘πŸ‘

Congrats to Tobe Cooper for a win at Casey fields on Sunday with SMCC. It's been a while since Tobe has raced as he's been waiting patiently for a warranty replacement on his frame and the poor Reid that he's been riding for a while was not going to cut it around a crit track. πŸš΄πŸ˜€
Happy days back on the race bike!

Congratulations to for his incredible ride πŸ₯‡ at last weekends 'SEVEN' gravel race in Nannup W.A. At 125km long with 3200 meters of climbing SEVEN is a tough event. In 2026 this will be the world championships course so Murray took the opportunity to race on the course as he wants to race the World championships there in 2026.πŸ’ͺ🚴

The Grafton to Inverell is one of the longest and arguably the hardest one day race on the Australian cycling calendar. At 228 km long and with 3400 meters of climbing it's a big day out (7:13:38) Emma had her first attempt at the event last weekend and while Emma has some of the best training numbers going around it's another thing to put it all together on race day. Put it all together Emma did and she proved to herself just how good a climber and racer she is. Emma won the 'unofficial' QOM and finished a close 2nd on the day - on the podium on her first attempt! So well done and all the more impressive using neutral support from the organisation. Super effort Emma and so satisfying. πŸ’―πŸ«΅πŸ‘Œ
