We made it to the top! A long tough climb but we made it. It was a special way to spend fathers day!
A big thanks to everyone involved, from my climbing partner .stubbs26 to the guides, porters and support staff from and of course the support from home.

Now time for the safari and a bit of luxury after the hard work.

It has been another great year with the Defiant ones. Last session of the year and everyone hit PRs on their Deadlifts. Pretty good effort, as the last time we ran a deadlift cycle was at the start of the year.

When training it doesn't need to be fancy.

This is a snip of a standard session for me.
Yes, I know not a kettlebell in sight!

Ring rows 5x10
Bench press 5x5 increasing to safe Max
Trap bar deadlift 5x5 increasing to comfy Max.
All up 30min session 3 movements working up to moderately heavy weights.

Keep it simple!
