We are excited to welcome Beau Nixon as the BHRDCA Competition Administrator.

Beau commenced in the role this week and has already been in touch with our clubs.

Beau has previously worked in the hospitality industry in several managerial roles in both Yarrawonga and Albury. After moving to Melbourne at the beginning of last year, Beau recently completed a Dual Diploma of Business/Leadership and Management, whilst simultaneously working casually at Cricket Victoria (CV) for the last 12 months.

Whilst at CV some of Beau’s roles have included:

• Match manager across multiple Sheffield Shield and BBL fixtures, overseeing operational delivery (including the Sheffield Shield Final between Victoria and South Australia)
• Live-In Coordinator for Cricket Victoria's Under 15 Girls Country Cup, coordinating tournament logistics, stakeholder communication, participant welfare and competition operations
• Indoor centre coordinator for Junction Oval, ensuring the smooth running of club bookings for training sessions, across evenings and weekends
