Such a beautiful quote written by Ralph Waldo Emerson.⁣

When you focus on helping people your life change, literally.⁣

Having money it’s great, but have you heard someone saying to you, “thank you for what you did, I wouldn’t have being able to do something like this if it wasn’t for you”, (this is another level).⁣

I want to focus all what I do on that premise, try to make people’s life better through what I know through what I can do, which is nutrition and fitness in general.⁣

Check what you’re doing yourself and see how you could help someone from what you know and go for it!!!⁣

👀Want to grow your legs ?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
➡️ If you’re struggling putting some size on your legs I have some tips that you can start implementing in order to get there.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1️⃣Eat more: if you want to make your lacking muscles grow, you got to be in a surplus, it doesn’t have to be a crazy bulking, but you have to eat in order to grow, perform better and recover properly from your workouts⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2️⃣Train legs more: if you want bigger legs you have to train them more, once a week won’t make the trick unless you already have some size or your leg training day is really intense and high in volume, I would aim for at least 2 days one for push movements (quad dominant and another day for pull movements (hamstring dominant)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3️⃣Make sure you’re getting better at your exercises: either you’re lifting heavier, doing more repetitions or applying any other techniques like supersets - giant sets - pyramid sets, slow tempo reps... make sure you’re getting better and also make sure you’re checking and correcting your form constantly.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4️⃣Make sure your training the whole leg not just que quadriceps (front part of the leg): you will have to train hamstring, glutes, abductors and adductors, you have lots of muscles in your legs so make your giving some time to train all of them.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
5️⃣Recover properly: make sure you’re taking the appropriate rest after each workout, make sure you’re stretching and also make sure you’re having good nights of sleep.⁣⁣

✅There’s are just some of the things that you can start trying in order to make your legs grow but of course it will take time so make these consistently for a few months and I know you will see a great difference in the size of your legs.⁣⁣

✅5 simple rules for fat loss 🚀⁣

If there’s any set rules for fat loss I’d say this is the closest that you will to them.⁣

➡️ Do not try to start your fitness journey because you want to look like someone else or be like someone else, do it because YOU want to be better, don’t compare your day 10 with someone’s year 10.⁣

➡️ Everyone slips from their meal plan from time to time, it’s something completely normal, so done be so hard on yourself just back to the meal plan the next day and keep going like nothin happened.⁣

➡️ The main struggle about fat loss is not the ingredients that you’re consuming is the excessive amount of those ingredients and the lack of self control, learn to eat and learn when to stop.⁣

➡️ Your plan should perfect and specific for you and no one else if you are getting the results that you want and you feel happy eating the things that you’re eating, keep going forward without listening to other people and their new diets.⁣

➡️ There’s progress everywhere but sometimes we tend to base our whole fitness progress in kilograms, weight is a good baseline to see if the thing that you’re doing are working but there’re more things that you need to@pay attention to.⁣

🔹are you feeling happier ?⁣

🔹do you look better ? ⁣
🔹can you fit in clothes that you couldn’t before ?⁣

Focus your progress in more than just one factor and you will see all the great things that you have accomplished 🤩🚀.⁣
