You dont need to eat every two Hours..
Just stick to eating 3 normal sized meals within 8-10 hours of the day.

Advertising Executives wanting to sell protein powder/ bars and snack food companies pushing their sugar crack foods created this 6 small meals nonsense.
Even breakfast was reinvented to sell you Kellogg's Corn Flakes ... think about it!
