Argentina Tour 2023 🇦🇷 So grateful to have had the opportunity to travel to Argentina and explore the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, ride talented horses, learn loads and make a lifetime of memories! Certainly a once in a lifetime experience 🌟 I was lucky enough to ride Gypsy throughout the tour, and compete her in the Sol De Mayo international competition! Gypsy and i finished 4 beautiful 1.15m rounds which i am so proud of, 3 of them were double clear, and we even came 13th in one of them! considering how huge and competitive these classes were (with no age limit) i am so stoked! 🥰 Gypsy and i clicked from the very start and i’m so glad she brought me around my first international show! it’s been so unbelievably rewarding riding Gypsy, and i’m so grateful to @matiastonnelier79 for lending me the ride on her! 🦄 It’s been such a crazy experience competing internationally, and i can’t thank @lucyolphertshowjumping and the @global_amateur_tour enough for making this experience possible! thank you for supporting us throughout the trip, and all your hard work making the trip run smoothly! 🤩 A big hug to all the friends i have made during the tour, and i cannot wait to see you all again! Another beautiful weekend at Boneo Park, hosting the Carlton Performance Horse - Leader Equine Dressage Spectacular! Roy and I danced our way through the Freestyle music of ‘Les Misérables’ , with a spook during the Pirouettes giving our test an extra spin… This left us with not quite what we hoped for but we are very happy Roy was feeling so much better compared to DJWST, where we had to pull him out of the competition.
Thank you to all making these events so delightful for competitors, owners, helpers and spectators!

The lead up to DJWTS was very exciting and arriving at a beautifully set up venue at Werribee Park set the hopes high for a great first official CDI on Royalito.
Familiarisation on the new Martin Collins surfaces was amazing with Royalito being in top shape.

However, a few hours later Roy unfortunately developed a colic that required the vet to attend.

We are all very thankful that Royalito recovered well and is now safely back at Jolong Park.

Huge shout out and thank you to all involved. We will be back soon and looking forward to the CPH competition at Boneo Park in a few weeks.

A successful mini breeding season finally complete. All copybook & we were present for each arrival. (Thank you Magic Breed Plus foaling alarms)

Boxing Day evening brought the highly anticipated, safe arrival of a lovely, healthy leggy black c**t (not a marking in sight) out of AEA Jazzabelle.

Now, from an incredibly strong pedigree of Chestnuts on all sides, we are really amazed to see black! 🤷‍♀️

Our 4th maiden mare did the most phenomenal job! Foal was born in record time, no assistance from start to finish, standing within 30 minutes & full of milk shortly thereafter - thank the good Lord!
