Pasco Pilates has officially merged with Recovery Lab Pascoe Vale, bringing together reformer Pilates and advanced recovery under one roof.

All Pilates sessions will now operate through Recovery Lab, allowing clients to access a more integrated approach to movement, performance, and recovery.

To book your reformer Pilates sessions, please use the Momence app from 24 April 2026.

Our kiosk can now capture and utilise the emotional and physical state of our members to create a deeply personalised and engaging Pilates experience.

Members who sign-in on the Kiosk can now select their current mood and feelings before beginning a workout, and after completing the class. This data is then logged and tagged to the specific class, building a profile of that class over time.


POST-WORKOUT RECOMMENDATIONS
At the end of each workout, signed-in members will now be presented with four recommended classes curated by the virtual team of Pilates professionals.

These suggestions draw from a designed playlist to help you seamlessly continue your session with a complementary workout or discover something new each time.
