We may have fallen off the movement bandwagon, but the amazing thing about your body is that it is always there, waiting for whenever you're ready to jump back on.

This week I am starting a brand new class - Rise and Move. This is an online exercise class designed around having fun, enjoying moving your body and giving yourself some love.

This class will include simple elements of Yoga, Pilates, dance, strength and conditioning, flexibility, mindfulness and more. There will be bits that feeling lovely, bits that challenge you, bits that make you so proud to have the body you have.

You can sign up to join the Zoom call and/or be sent the video recording of the class. The first session will be Wednesday 22 September at 6:30pm. You can join for $10 per session or $20 per month.
