🔥 THEY’RE BACK THIS SATURDAY 🔥
We’re excited to welcome the team from back into the gym for another FREE treatment + supplements tasting morning.
After a great response last year, and will be on the floor offering complimentary treatments and movement assessments for our members.
If you’ve been training through a ni**le, feeling tight, or just want to move and perform better, this is your chance to get checked out.

Last week marked a bitter-sweet moment 🥹
After almost 3 years at Brunswick, hung up his coaching hat (for real this time) as he turns his sights to the stage permanently 💃🎬
One for the theatrics (as we all know by now 😂), Mario always brought his flair, personality and technical knowledge to his coaching, and he's built some solid friendships along the way.
We're so proud of you 👏 and we can't wait to see you in action in your next performance!

We're so happy he's back in town (and we've been waiting with bated breath 😌) to announce our 8WC Spirit of Brunswick winner Matt!
Not only did he come swinging out of the 8 weeks with some incredible results:
⬆️ 7kg lean muscle mass
⬆️ 4.3kg skeletal muscle mass
⬇️ 8.4kg body fat
⬇️ 4 years in Bio Age
Matt has demonstrated the warmth and approachability of a Brunswick member, and desire to keep pushing the boundaries of what it means to challenge himself in and out of the studio 💪
