POW Fitness is all about getting fit & having fun! POW Fitness is a fitness/strength training group getting together every Sat morning!

So if you're looking to do some training in a fun pressure free environment - then come along! Training is free & will be at various locations around Melbourne - mainly in the Berwick area. It will be a mix of walking, running, boxing & other 'boot camp' activities designed to improve strength & fitness! Everyone is free to train at their own pace & do as much/or little as they want. Members are free to bring family, partners or friends.
