Studio owners- this is the piece no one is talking about.
As a Pilates & fitness instructor for over 8 years, Iâve seen firsthand that itâs not the programming that makes a class⌠Itâs the energy of the instructor.
With a background in singing and acting, Iâve also spent years learning how to use breath to:

⢠hold a room without over-talking
⢠create presence, not just noise
Now combining that with breathwork â it all connects.

A different kind of night in with your friends đ¤
The group I ran this weekend in their home with their friends was honestly one of the most magical and deep sessions Iâve facilitated.
Because everyone already knew each other and felt comfortable, it created a level of safety and trust that allowed people to really let go, go deeper, and form even stronger connections.
Instead of going out, staying âonâ, or pushing throughâŚ
this is a space to slow down, switch off, and actually reset together.
These are private, in-home sessions â longer, more immersive (2â2.5 hours), designed to help regulate the nervous system, release stress, and create a real shift in how you feel.
