This term, our Pumpkin Queen of Scene is running the beginner-friendly Floorwork 101 casual classes with us over the next 4 Wednesdays!

💋 Floorwork 101 (Beginner/Open Level)

⏰ 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Get slinky on the floor! This technique class designed to increase your mobility & flexibility whilst learning s3xy floor work transitions and moves to add to your burlesque repertoire. Learn the fundamentals of building your body to feel strong, flexy and sexy. This class will explore slinky, sensual floorwork building up to basic figures, shapes and rolls.

‘Silk Fans 101 with Joanna’ is your introduction to the beautiful, floaty world of silk fans!

We’ll explore the basics of:
🌟 How to hold your silk fans, and experimenting with different grips.
🌟 How to move with your silk fans, including exploring movement led by the stave and by the tail.
🌟 Creating flutter and flow with your silk fans, as well as discovering different poses and shapes.
🌟 Ideas for incorporating silk fans into your own routines!

New to silk fans? Perfect! Already have some experience? Come along to polish your technique, work on your transitions and find more confidence in your movement!

Students are encouraged to bring their own silk fans, however silk fans will also be available to hire for the workshop.
