💋 Chair Technique (Open Level)

Chairs aren’t for sitting on - they’re for dancing on! Come and learn the basics of chair dancing while increasing flexibility, fitness and fun with an added sprinkle of musicality too.
These casual classes will introduce you to the skills needed to develop seductive and $exy chair routines, while learning movements and positions that will increase your coordination, strength and confidence. Beginners welcome!

✨ Hatha Flow Yoga ✨ 5 week introductory mini-course with our Poppy Cherry!

Maison Burlesque's headmistress Poppy has recently completed her Yoga Teacher qualifications and is running her first Hatha Yoga Flow course at Maison Burlesque at a special low introductory price!

Breathe, move and explore ancient hatha yoga practices and modern asana with each week exploring a different theme such as grounding, balance, opening, strength and integration.

Classes include breathwork, yoga postures, flow moves, simple energy practices and meditation. We won't be covering advanced poses, inversions or arm balances in this course.

Suitable for all experience levels from complete beginners to more experienced, with options offered as needed.

All you need is yourself and your mat. Don't have a mat? Contact us as we have only a limited number of studio mats available - this will need to be arranged prior to course start.
