The Reclaim Creative racing regular season livery is ready to debut in the Anzcar Thunder Series in a couple of weeks time as I'll be running trucks next week.

Race Report
ANZCAR thunder series Daytona 160
Q: 14th R: 10th

Unfortunately I had to skip the trucks for the first round of the season so made it up by running in the xfinity cars instead.

Managed to run with main pack for majority of the race before I touched the wall in turn one about half way through and tagged onto the back of the pack fortunately a pace car turned up about two thirds into the race to bring me back into contention.
From there there were a couple more cautions that I kept out of the carnage for to be running just out of the top 15 when a few cars took themselves out on the last lap to zip underneath and score a top 10 finish.

Pretty happy with that run and the Daytona USA inspired Camaro looked pretty ace in the field.

To celebrate the long weekend in Melbourne the Reclaim Creative Racing Silverado will be rolling out with a horse racing themed livery on Monday evening (also a flimsy excuse to run Mrs Johnson of Thomas "TomSka" Ridgewell fame on the car)

Anzcar Truck series R6: Talladega
Q. 30th R. Retired.

I wish my races would go as well as my cars looked 🤣
Had a strong start and picked up a few positions then got bumped before the first lap was done. It didn't effect my speed though until I got caught up in he first caution on lap . I didn't catch the brakes quick enough and slammed into the car in front copping heavy damage decided not to wait for it to be completely repaired in the pits which turned out to cost me heavy as I had to go back in a couple of laps later with no speed in the car to keep up with the main pack and lost 3 laps as a result.
Pitted about 8 laps later after I got lapped again without any pace from a draft and retired. *sigh*

Not my best performance, but a learning experience none the less.

slapped the wall a few times and burnt my tyres off early so ended up pitting under green and going a few laps down but had a good time anyway following the leaders around for the last 30 laps or so.

Also got a great picture out of it before I lost pace.

I'm excited!!!

After a little bit of a hiatus from league racing I'm going retro for my return to the thunder series in the Big Kris Racing xfinity Supra.

The Just Cruize In Diner 1969 Z28 Tribute Camaro ZL1 is ready!

With a disappointing turn out for the ARCA series races its Time to try and mix it with the big boys and step up to the Abruzzi Anzcar Cup series at Martinsville this Thursday.

I tend to do well on small ovals so fingers crossed I can represent the best diner this side of Melbourne well.
