Our U12 Dryland kicks off tomorrow at Burnley Park, Richmond - a fun, supportive environment where local kids train together, build confidence, and develop the foundations for sport (and life).

Term 2 Athlete Development starts tomorrow.
After-school sessions at 3:45pm and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus Sunday at 9:45am — built to fit around school, training, and competition schedules.
Designed for athletes 12+, across any sport, these sessions focus on building strength, speed, resilience, and confidence with structured, coach-led programming.
Choose from 4, 8 or 12 class packs, or go unlimited for full access and a customised program to support your development.
