Hi guys,

sorry for the lack of love these past few months, we have been very busy with the arrival of our 2 little bundles of joy. Hope you had all been keeping active in time for summer, you will be glad to hear I have been back to the gym and managed to get back on my bike last week - my fitness has lot of catching up to do but hopefully some warmer days will allow me to get out more with the bubs. I'm hoping to start walking at Albert park if anyone is keen to join.
