Shout out to Gus McLennan who kept up his training while he was away for a week. Nice looking set up! When possible, keeping up your training in some capacity whilst away from the gym allows for continuity, maintains healthy habits, and makes for a smoother transition back to gym training. Adam and Pete can provide you with simple workouts while travelling to keep you motivated.
