This was my 11th training session on the Rower and I’m enjoying the learning process of improving technique, pacing and embracing the newly formed calluses on my hands- signs of hard work!

I won’t lie, that 2nd hour was tough! 🏃🏽‍♂️ 😩 But back to back to back long runs ✅ 6 hours in 3 days (1.5/2.5/2) 💪🏽 Building that time on feet for some big hairy races coming at end of year🤞🏽Bring on and a couple of unofficial missions next month 🤙🏽 Couple days rest on the cards now! 💤 ✌🏽

Something for runners across the nation to look forward to! Being able to train and race together again would be a wonderful experience for the running community. So keen to see Aussie endurance athlete back racing again. 💪🏻🏃🏻🇦🇺
