Tonight we had the SMFNC netballers come down for a session. The session focused on developing running mechanics, strength, power and speed (with some fun games also!)
They are all looking primed for a big season in the NFNL!!

With all local football seasons beginning in less than 12 weeks, now is the time to get our bodies physically prepared for the season. This includes increasing strength, power, speed and preparing our bodies for the workload of an entire season.
MBT have put together an 8 week online strength and conditioning program which is individually tailored to prepare you for the season.
You will receive 1:1 coaching that will guide you through a specialised 8 week AFL program that will compliment your current pre-season training.
There are only 8 spots available, we are looking for dedicated people who are serious about taking their game to the next level.
