The Dog Lovers Festival, Brisbane 2026 is a two-day celebration of all things canine, held at the Brisbane Showgrounds on 16–17 May 2026. It’s Australia’s biggest dog expo, where enthusiasts can meet hundreds of gorgeous dogs from many breeds, enjoy live demonstrations and performances in the VitaPet Arena, and attend educational talks by leading dog experts. The event also features shopping with hundreds of pet brands, Pat-A-Pooch sessions, an Adoption Zone, food trucks, and engaging activities for all ages. While visitors can’t bring their own dogs for safety reasons, the festival offers a joyful experience for dog lovers and free entry to the Cat Lovers Festival on the same weekend.
