Eva’s teaching journey was born on her way to summit Mt Kilimanjaro (5895m) in February 2012. Faced with server life or death challenges caused by the affects of high altitude she breaks on through the mental chatter to find will over the body to continue on. Dedication and adventure have seen Eva in different parts of the world and now currently finds herself travelling solo around Australia in her van. WHAT IS 1000 PETAL LOTUS?

1000 Petal Lotus refers to a laser beam like energy that shoots out from the crown of the head connecting and drawing back the cosmic energy from above. So rather it’s an energetic exchange of complete knowing and understanding of harmony and union that exists. The discipline of yoga is to reach this state of unitary conscious which is achieved through a series of practices whether they be in though physical movement, breath awareness or rooted in meditation.
