Hey everyone,

Don’t worry this page won’t suddenly all become about finance but as a once off I’d love to share with you my other business - Balanced Books! Do you see what I did there?! 🙃

Long story short, I am taking on bookkeeping clients alongside my current teaching schedule. 5 simple stretches to start or finish your day!

Try this:

🧘🏼‍♀️ Spinal roll downs x 5

🧘🏼‍♀️ Swan stretches (spinal extension) x 10-12

🧘🏼‍♀️ Thread needles x 8 each side

🧘🏼‍♀️ 1/2 butterfly with side stretch x 8 each side

🧘🏼‍♀️ Supine twist - hold for 1-2 mins each side

Only takes 5 mins and you can do as often as needed to make yourself feel good 💚

I’m often asked what ‘Conditioning Reformer’ is which is the style I like to teach.

So this is an example of how I like to teach and what you can expect in one of my classes 🤗

I try to draw on modalities that I’m trained in so there is an emphasis on alignment and proper activation while taking you to a place to get strong safely by building layers and variations through the exercises and to feel that beloved Pilates burn 🔥

Stretching is also something I’m very passionate about and you’ll find dynamic stretching interspersed so can finish feeling a little taller 🙌

One fun little Pilates class and it feels like you’re starting to get your life in order 😬🖤

Shoulder dislocates or as I like to call it…shoulder flossing 😆

A lot less painful than it sounds! This is a great way to release tension + tightness in the shoulders and improve mobility through the whole shoulder.

This is great as a releasing exercise anytime or the perfect way to warm up the shoulders and upper body before your workout!
