🌸 NEW LADIES ONLY KARATE & SELF DEFENCE CLASSES 🌸

Starting next week, our female instructors from Region 30 will be running a dedicated ladies-only session focused on karate, self-defence, confidence, fitness, and personal safety.
Whether you’ve trained before or are completely new, this is a welcoming and supportive environment for women to learn and grow together.

- Tuesdays at 7:30pm
Bring your Mums, sisters, daughters & friends. All Ladies 15+ welcome. Get your girlfriends together. Everyone is encouraged to join.

NB: Members can use their Training Pass. Non-members welcome — casual class $15

As part of our Stop Domestic & Family Violence Purple Belt campaign, we are hosting a special fundraising seminar for all GKR students, families and friends. Wear your Purple Belt and join us to learn a series of vital self-defence techniques while raising both funds and awareness for our charity partner RizeUp.
