STRETCHING PROMOTES HYPERMOBILITY
Stretching can make you feel better short term… while making your mechanics worse long term.
Most people aren’t tight everywhere. They’re usually stiff in some areas and too mobile in others.
So what happens when you stretch the way most people do it? You often stretch the areas that are already unstable — and that increases laxity instead of solving the real problem.
Hypermobility isn’t an advantage. If you can access range but can’t control it under load, that range has no value.
Optimal ROM = usable ROM.
Range you can own while you stand, walk, run and throw.
That’s why we train in relation to the FP First 4:
• Standing
• Walking
• Running
• Throwing
The goal isn’t more stretching. It’s better distribution.
Stability where you’re loose.
Mobility where you’re stuck.
If you stretch daily but still feel “tight” — or you keep getting the same recurring niggles — DM me to learn more or book a consultation .

POSTURE IMPROVMENTS
Julie came to with a complex neurological condition affecting her balance and ability to walk independently since 2010. She relies on sticks for support.
Since Jan 2024, we’ve trained to build new neurological pathways and improve function. Training had to be adapted daily, as her proprioception and motor responsiveness varied dramatically.
BEFORE (Jan 2024)
❌ Loss of balance & proprioception
❌ Numbness in legs and feet
❌ Poor mind-body connection
❌ Excessive anterior pelvic shift
❌ Kypho-lordotic posture
AFTER (July 2025)
✅ Improved balance & stability
✅ Greater body awareness
✅ Stronger mind-body connection
✅ Neutral pelvic alignment
✅ More upright posture
Julie’s words:
“Living with severe ganglionopathy and sensory neuropathy has made walking independently incredibly difficult. I’ve dealt with numbness, poor proprioception, and balance loss for years.
In an effort to improve how I move and feel, I started training at Their approach — focusing on intention and precision — stood out to me and felt aligned with the progress I was hoping to make.
Progress has been slow and sometimes frustrating, but also meaningful. I’ve gained greater body awareness, improved stability, and a stronger connection between my mind and body.
One of the most noticeable changes has been my posture — I now stand taller, with reduced neck hunching and a more neutral pelvis, something I hadn’t achieved before.
What’s made the biggest difference is Filippo’s thoughtful, adaptive approach — always meeting me where I’m at, whether it’s a good or difficult day.
While my condition is still complex, I’ve found real value in the process. Slowly but surely, things are changing. This experience has been worthwhile.”
Julie’s story is proof that even with long-standing neurological conditions, progress is possible — with the right system and a resilient mindset.
Grateful to and for providing the blueprint. 👣

POSTURE, LOWER BACK, HIP AND NECK PAIN IMPROVEMENTS
When Daena first came in, she was dealing with persistent lower back pain, left hip pain, and neck pain and stiffness. Like many, she had tried managing these issues through physio and remedial massage, but the relief was always short-lived.
A major roadblock was her strict vegetarian diet, which included grains daily. Combined with structural imbalances, this made it difficult for her to engage her core and generate the intra-abdominal pressure essential for spinal stability and pain-free movement.
📸 Before – Jan 2023
❌ Lower back pain: 6/10
❌ Left hip pain: 5/10
❌ Neck pain & stiffness: 5/10
❌ Lack of core tension
❌ Muscular weakness & joint instability
📸 After – Oct 2024
✅ Lower back pain: 0/10
✅ Left hip pain: 0/10
✅ Neck pain & stiffness: 0/10
✅ Stronger core engagement
✅ Improved posture & alignment
✅ Increased muscle tone & tissue quality
Through consistent training on the FP First 4 (standing, walking, running, throwing), Daena has rebuilt her structure from the inside out. She no longer relies on passive therapies — she’s built a body that supports itself.
She also began reintroducing meat into her diet, which played a key role in improving tissue quality and muscle development.
As her structure improved, so did her confidence and energy. She was able to take on activities like dancing multiple times a week, going for long walks, and even trying rock climbing — things that once felt out of reach.
In her own words: “Very happy with my progress. I’m feeling like a new person.”

Packed house at our first franchise demo! 4 years of grinding to turn an idea into something real, with patent-pending tech that’s going to flip the script on this industry. Our focus on actual human biology and long-term health outcomes has built the foundation we need moving forward.
To my Functional Patterns community: I’m all in on this path we’re on. Done with Instagram 💩 and now I’m hunting for new ways to maximize mechanotransductive output. Sharp focus, zero social media noise, that’s how we put where it belongs: leading this space. The creative potential without getting sucked into these apps is insane.
Shout out to the very first location and HQ .vegas 🔥 this place is so dope and is serving the local population here in Las Vegas the best training on the planet. We will be expanding in the common well area first, then to the rest of the world.
Stay tuned for updates coming on

Vector training course was surreal.
I hate when you guys make me cry. Seriously…
I just think of all the disappointments that people have as they get older with the world, and feel the pressure to not be one. When I see people legit enjoying what I’ve worked on and that I wasn’t a let down, it just hits me to the core.
I’m so proud of all of you and appreciate how ham you all go. This doesn’t feel real and if it turns out it never was, I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest.
As much of a pain in the ass my life has been, it would be hard to convince me that anyone is luckier than me too. I want to spread that luck.
Let’s keep going my people!
