Knox Dance Knox Dance has been offering exceptional dance training with positive and encouraging dance classes in Wantirna South for over 30yrs.

We are a dedicated team of teachers offering exams to advanced levels in SFD & RAD syllabi. Students participate regularly in competitions in and around Melbourne. Our annual concert is the highlight of the year and is highly anticipated. Past students have moved into full time studies and further careers in the dance industry. We are a family friendly school, motivated to help students become the best they can be, whilst enjoying the journey along the way. Our gorgeous purpose built studios allow for a varied and expansive program suited to all ages from 3 years to advanced.

Our 2026 Exam Presentation night was a BLAST! 🙌🏼🔥

We're SO proud of all our dancers on their fantastic results - from our Foundation candidates who sat their very first exam, all the way to our Major exam candidates who have just a few days left before some of them complete their final dance exams! 🥹

We're so close to wrapping up another exam season - wishing all our dancers doing exams this week the BEST of luck! ⭐⭐⭐

HUGE congratulations to Knox Dance alum Blake, who has been accepted into L4 of the The Australian Ballet School for 2027! 🙌🏼

Blake commenced his training at KD when he was just a little ballerina with big dreams - he quickly showed all of us his beautiful dancing & we've loved watching him perform ever since. In 2025, Blake commenced his training at VCASS where he continued to grow and develop his skills as a dancer 🌟

Everyone at the studio is absolutely thrilled to hear this news & we are SO excited to watch Blake shine as he takes this next big step in his ballet career. We’re all cheering you on, Blake - we couldn’t be any prouder of you!! 💜💚

Our dads put their dancing shoes on this week for our Father's Day classes & their little dancers LOVED it! We hope our amazing dance dads had just as much fun!! 🤩🕺🏼🩵

The smiles & joy these classes bring to our dancers is just priceless! Our KD dads are simply the best 🙌🏼⭐

A VERY big weekend of dancing for our troupes at Starstruck Dance Competition!! We had all of our troupes performing & we couldn’t be prouder of them! 🌟

Our Junior & Inter troupes started off very early in the morning but didn’t let that stop them from bringing the energy! They all came with impeccable grooming too, way to go parents! 👏🏼

Our Senior & Advanced troupes had a bit of a later start, but equally long days & we are so proud of every dancer! Both teams had a new routine they were debuting for the first time & were fabulous! We’re so proud of the hard work these girls put into their dancing - it definitely showed onstage! 🕺🏼

A HUGE shoutout to all of our teachers that were there to support our dancers, none of this would be possible without you, we love you! 🥰

On Saturday, our Senior Troupe students were lucky enough to have a special presentation from past Knox Dance student, Holly! ⭐

Holly came in to speak to our dancers about pre-performance nutrition & how important it is to properly fuel our bodies before taking the stage! Holly is a qualified nutritionist & is currently studying Dietetics - she's the perfect person to share her knowledge with our dancers 🙌🏼

We're so lucky to have past students like Holly return to the studio and share their expertise with our dancers! It’s so special to see our KD students continue to grow beyond the studio & help teach our next generation of dancers 🥹💜💚

Two of our beautiful soloists, Jess & Larissa, competed at Stage Attack competition last weekend & came home with some fabulous results! In some HUGE & highly competitive sections, our girls held their own and performed so beautifully, they make us prouder & prouder every single time they step onto the stage 🥹💜💚
