Alex is a Performance Psychologist who works with elite athletes across AFL, NRL, Olympic and Paralympic sports, helping them develop the mental skills needed to perform at their best. From confidence, focus and resilience to motivation and emotional control, Alex specialises in teaching practical strategies that improve both performance and wellbeing.
But this session isn’t just for elite athletes 👊
Whether you’re chasing challenge results, struggling with consistency, battling self-doubt, managing injury setbacks, or simply looking to strengthen your mindset, Alex will share tools you can apply immediately to your own health and fitness journey.
