Afternoon and late night snacking can be one of the biggest challenges when trying to eat well - especially after a long shift or busy day.
I’m always on the lookout for snacks that are:
• High in protein
• Actually satisfying
• Quick & easy
• No bake
• Delicious enough to curb cravings
And I think I’ve found a winner 🙌🏼
Having higher protein snacks on hand can help keep you fuller for longer, support muscle recovery, and make those night time snacking attacks a little easier to manage.

Two big PBs tonight and I couldn’t be prouder! 🔥🔥
Client wins worth celebrating:
• Bench Press: 5 reps with 2 x 9kg dumbbells for
• Bench Press: 5 reps with 2 x 12.5kg dumbbells for .pax57
• Back Squat: Both hit 5 reps at 20kg
• Both used the Olympic barbell for the FIRST time 😁
One of these legends started with back pain…..and now she’s squatting with a barbell & nearly benching 20kg. That’s what consistency, patience, and showing up does.
This is why we focus on building strength gradually.
This is why we celebrate all the small wins.
Because those “small” wins eventually turn into big ones.
So proud of the hard work, effort, and the trust in the process.
