Where does one start.............

What a wonderful weekend of dance OC26 was, so many people to thank for helping us make this years event a huge success.

Firstly, to the team that helped make it all possible. Anna & Dom, Andrew & Kim, Craig & Jill, Jenni, Lorraine, Maria, Justin, Katie and Harrison, you were all amazing, thank you.

To all of our sponsors and supporters, without you all, we could not possibly run this event, so thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts.

The Adjudicators, Competitors and Spectators, you were all amazing and hope that you all had an amazing time in one of the most Ballroom's. Of course, we cannot forget the brilliaint MC's Laurie & Dianne, Marshalls - Russell & Angela, Scrutineer - Brenton and the music guys Michael & Keith. You all play such an integral part at OC and are considered as part of the OC family forever. You are all masters of your craft.

To the dance studios and teachers/coaches that supported this years OC, we cannot thank you enough, it is extremely valued by us and very much respected. Competitions are run so the couples that learn for competition can compete, if there were no competitions, there would be no students to teach for competition. Support is so very important in our ever shrinking industry and for those who did support and attend, thank you.

We must thank DanceSport Victoria for the fabulous support with lecture subsidies enabling all DSV Registered members to come and learn from world class dancers for such a minimal amount and, of course DanceSport New South Wales for working in conjunction with Outside Change and their elite pathways grant to help bring to Australia some amazing couples for the workshop/lecture series.
Many people have asked, what are you going to do next year (the 10th year)? How are you going to better this one? Can't wait to see what is in store for next year?

A fabulous workshop from Philip & Joanne. We are so very lucky to have them here in Melbourne. Thank you to the fabulous support from DanceSport Victoria and also DanceSport New South Wales. Working together, everyone achieves more.
