One year ago, we opened the doors to CorePlus Knox 🤍
Our dream: to create a space in Knox where everyone feels welcome to move, sweat, breathe and belong.
Twelve months later, I’m looking at this photo and feeling so grateful. Building something from the ground up is no small thing. There have been early mornings, late nights, endless decisions, a few curveballs and more coffee than I’d like to admit ☕️ But through all of it, I’ve had these three incredible humans by my side.
To my partners: thank you for your dedication, your strengths, your heart and your humour. You’ve made the hard days lighter and the good days even better. I’m so lucky I get to do this with you 🫶🏼
To our incredible team, past and present: I’m so grateful for every one of you. Your energy, your creativity and the way you make every member feel welcome have shaped who we are as a studio. We wouldn’t be here without you 💫
And to our community: thank you. From the members who took a chance on a brand new studio to every new face along the way, every class you show up for and every friend you bring along makes this place feel like home. Watching friendships grow, goals get smashed, confidence build and our community grow has been the best part of this journey. 💕
This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what year two brings ✨
