It’s that time of year again, can you believe it? Neither can we 🎅

We’ve been keeping this one under wraps for a while and it’s finally time to make an announcement 🤓
I’ve officially become a business owner!!!
After a year of working with at , we’ve both decided that this is as good a time as any to make the transition. Chris has been (and I don’t doubt will continue being) an amazing mentor and influence for me throughout this whole period.
I’ve said this before to a lot of people, but I’ll say it again, Chris is undoubtedly the hardest working person I’ve ever met in person. He has significantly changed my definition of what ‘hard work’ truely is and I couldn’t thankful enough for it 🙏
In addition, Chris wasn’t just a ‘Vendor’ during this whole handover process. He took extra time to make sure I understood all the background procedures that occur in running a business, so that I could have a running head start for the future. Thank you Chris, you’re an inspiration and a Top G.
As excited and welcoming as I am for this new journey and all its challenges, this is just the start. I will NOT stop with 4 am wake ups, the 8pm bed time, the short weekends and the hermit lifestyle of mine anytime soon. Thank you all, who have been supporting me. Can’t wait to see how far we can take this thing 💪💪💪

We are delighted to welcome trainer Luke to the TSF team! 💪🏻
Luke is a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. He loves his soccer and has even represented Victoria on the field!
Luke holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Sports Coaching & Nutrition), a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, and has six years’ industry experience under his belt. He’s also a technical boxing coach so you can expect his sessions to really pack a punch 🥊
He is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting from next week. Book online via www.trainstationfitness.com.au ☺️
