π₯π₯ PUSH-UP CHALLENGE - DAY 4 COMPLETE π₯π₯
Another day down and another awesome effort from our Hitfit Fam! πͺπΌβ€οΈ
With Coach taking part in the workout today, Coach stepped up and led the challenge, putting the crew through a workout based on Coach Rob's Push-Up Challenge philosophy of combining push-ups, sit-ups and squats to chip away at the 3,307-rep target. ππΌπ₯
And for a Saturday, what a turnout! We had approximately 50 members taking part today, making for a near full house and an awesome atmosphere throughout the gym. π₯ππΌβ€οΈ
Today's workout looked like this:

Day 3 is done and dusted! πͺπΌβ€οΈ
Today's video captures some of the awesome efforts from our 9:30 am crew, led by Coach Al, who did a fantastic job getting everyone involved and supporting each other throughout the challenge. ππΌπ₯β€οΈ
It's been amazing seeing so many members embracing the Push-Up Challenge in their own way, whether that's push-ups, sit-ups, squats or a combination of all three. Every rep counts and every effort matters. π₯πͺπΌ
As for Coach Rob, the plan to reach the target of 3,307 reps over the 23 days is pretty simple: complete 200 reps per day consisting of:

100 Squats
Unfortunately, today didn't quite go according to plan. π¬π
Coach Rob managed to knock out the 50 Push-Ups and 100 Squats, but somehow the 50 Sit-Ups didn't happen.
Which means there's now a 50 sit-up debt owing... and guess who's paying it back tomorrow? π€¦π»ββοΈπ
Looks like tomorrow's total just got a little bit bigger! πͺπΌπ₯

Day 2 is in the books and our Hitfit Fam continues to show up, get involved and support an incredible cause. πͺπΌβ€οΈ

Day 1 of the Push-Up Challenge is officially done and dusted! πͺπΌπ₯
It was awesome to see our entire 5:50 pm crew get involved tonight and get behind such an important cause. β€οΈ
Coach Mel decided to put everyone through one of her personal favourites, "Bring Sally Up" π³π and let's just say there were plenty of burning shoulders, shaky arms and quads (for those doing squats) around the gym by the end of it! π₯π₯΅π
Of course, Coach Rob couldn't resist stirring the pot and challenged our newest Hitfit Maidstone Coach, young Baily, to keep up with the seasoned veteran. ππ₯
Unfortunately for the young buck... experience prevailed this time. Better luck next round, Baily! πππΌ
In all seriousness though, it was a beautiful thing to see everyone encouraging each other, having a laugh and getting involved for such a great cause supporting mental health awareness and Lifeline. ππΌβ€οΈ
