In traditional Chinese medicine, the fire element is linked to the heart and small intestine meridians. It supports joy, connection, and emotional balance.
When in harmony, it helps you feel calm, confident and connected. Nurturing your fire element can bring more warmth and vitality to everyday life.

✨Empowering women to nurture and transform their health and wellbeing.
Devotion comes in different forms.
But in a world that is so focused on doing and not on being, our own devotional practices can go missed.
When we devote time and energy to our passions and interests, we find joy and growth and genuinely have more to give to our loved ones and others.
I would love to know what your fav devotional practices are. Comment below 👇

Lovely to be back teaching this Monday morning Pilates class! So much fun 💛
12 years I ago I left my hometown Perth and moved to Melbourne.
Looking out over the city today, I reflected how much I have changed over this time.
So much growth and transformation.
I’m truly excited for the next chapter ahead 💛
I’m on holiday at the moment and had a minor roller skating injury, this is just a reminder, you can still train, you can still get results, even when things don’t go to plan !
In Chinese medicine, the water element is tied to going with the flow, ease and adaptability.
In kinesiology, when water comes up, it’s a signal we need balance, inviting us to trust and let life flow.

Today I had a tough encounter with a family member that really triggered me.
Instead of getting pulled into the negativity, I chose to respond respectfully and kindly, whilst staying true to myself and honouring my point of view.
Can anyone else relate to this !?💛
Sound is more powerful than we often give it credit for.
Tuning forks create gentle vibrations that interact with the body through sound. Many people use sound therapy as a way to encourage relaxation, regulate the nervous system, and create a greater sense of balance and presence.
Today I’m using a tuning fork around my throat area, a practice often associated with supporting communication, self-expression, and finding your authentic voice.
Whether you view it through the lens of energy, mindfulness, or simply taking a few intentional moments to slow down, I’ve found it to be a beautiful addition to my self-care rituals.
Have you ever experienced sound healing?

As we go through life, sometimes things scare us and the mind will talk us out of trying something new or different, to protect us !
Over the last year I’ve been really rediscovering who I am, finding the courage to try new things, even when it feels really awkward and impossible. For anyone who is afraid to start, whether it’s a fitness journey, a new job, a hobby, or just something different, I get it… I’ve been there!
It’s about listening to your gut, trusting your intuition, and choosing to take that step, which can open a world of exciting possibilities, where you meet some amazing people in the process 💛
