Are you actively recovering from training? We might smash ourselves with good, hard training during the week, but never do anything to actually help our bodies repair from the stresses of that training…
‘Rest days’ don’t just mean sit on the couch, do nothing, and rubbish all day and expect to feel better.
‘Active recovery’ - walking, very light jogging, stretching, mobility work, yoga , bike rides, and staying hydrated and eating well is all apart of our recovery to actually improve and be ready for the training ahead again. 👊
‘MAKE JUICE’ - Squeeze those oranges, save your lower back, deadlift well! ✅💪

This Saturday 8am I’ll be running a strength workshop at Brother Boxing for anyone interested in coming along!
Will be going through the basics of lifting weights with proper technique and control, mobility and muscle activation work for injury prevention!
