We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused salesperson who enjoys helping riders find the right products and creating genuine customer relationships.
What we’re looking for:
✔ Current horse involvement or horse ownership
✔ Retail sales experience
✔ Friendly, confident communication skills
✔ Strong phone manner & customer service focus
✔ Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with customers in-store and over the phone
✔ Confidence handling phone enquiries with helpful, solution-focused responses — not simply answering questions, but assisting customers with product recommendations, availability, alternatives and follow-up support
✔ Team player with initiative during quieter periods
✔ Comfortable with operational tasks including dispatch and stock handling
The role includes:
• Customer sales & service
• Product recommendations & upselling where appropriate
• Handling phone enquiries with professionalism and attention to customer needs
• Assisting customers with product advice, stock availability and suitable alternatives
Days required: Friday, Saturday and possibly Tuesday
