Our Winter Wellness Afternoon was our little gift to our community. A chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly land in your body. We moved through slow flow yoga, explored the breath, settled into meditation, and let the sound bath carry us the rest of the way. Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause.
