Perfect your reformer lunge progressions with the inLIFE Wellness Melbourne team ✨

Level 1: this is your foundation. Focus on finding control in your movement.
Level 2: using a box adds to the demand on your leg muscles while the chest press begins to challenge your upper body. Focus on keeping tempo steady through each rep.
Level 3: the instability of the carriage adds a further challenge for your balance while the overhead press tests your shoulders. Focus on core stability as you move through each rep.

Each level uses the same movement pattern with increasing complexity and load đź’Ş

We’ve unlocked a new time so you can get stronger, feel more confident, and build consistency throughout the month.

This will run as a 4-week strength program, with each week challenging you a little deeper and helping you build strength through repetition, progression and consistency.

Think of it as four weeks to show up, put in the work and see what your body is capable of. 🔥

September Strength Times:

✨ Tuesday 9:30am
✨Thursday 5:30pm

Spaces are limited, so book your spot and commit to the 4 weeks!
