We’re a business that’s been affected by the Australia Post ‘underpaid postage’ issue recently. It would be one thing if their ‘detections’ were consistent but they’re so not. They scan the same box at all sorts of dimensions. Businesses really do need to dispute this kind of behaviour. A couple of dollars here and there mightn’t sound like much but I’d prefer to reward my loyal customers by throwing in an extra snack here and there with that money rather than gifting it to ol’ mate AP.
