On Monday 11 October, I am doing a 2 week challenge with some of my clients. It has rules of things you cannot have. See below print screen. I have done this before and lost 5kg in 2 weeks. I did it for a further 2 weeks and lost another 5kg. Some may say good luck, but I don’t need luck. I am committed to this 👏🏻😃 and I will reap the rewards at the end. ☺️☺️💪🏼💪🏼

Hello my lovely friends. A little reminder, I am still running free online training for cardio and weights sessions. Monday 6pm weights, wednesday 6pm cardio and Saturday 7.30am weights mixed with cardio. So come on, get motivated, get off the couch and come join us. You know you can do it! 😃💪🏼

Tip of the day. Maybe don’t do a 9.6km bike ride after doing leg weights the same day in the morning 🤣🤣 went out on this f***y f...er and took Bella. We hit a road block though. Was nice to get out in the sun 👏🏻👏🏻😃😃🐶🐶

Hello everyone! Lockdown 5.0 is here. With gyms closed, I am still running free online cardio and weights sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30am and 6pm. Message me if you are interested. In the meantime, keep safe and stay well. We have a lot of fun too! 😃
Hello everyone, wow what a time we have all been through with in and out of lockdowns, mask on mask off! It has been to say the least, realy crap!
On a positive note, I am back with boxing classes in the city next week at 12.30pm on Tuesday and Thursday’s and on Saturday’s in Narre Warren in the morning. Anyone interested, please get in touch.
