π₯ 3 TIPS FOR NDIS PARTICIPANTS TO FEEL POSITIVE π₯
1 - Move Daily πΆββοΈπ©βπ¦―
2 - Structured Routine π
3 - Join a Community π§βπ§βπ§βπ§
NDIS Participant's deserve to feel valued in the community, but also feel healthy, fit, strong and most importantly.......
More capable with their general goals β
οΈ
As a sibling to 2 brothers on the NDIS, this area has been very close to my heart for 30+ years and we aim to share that with many more Participants looking to build solid capacity and develop lifelong skills for their independence π₯

Mobile alert..........?? π±
This meant one thing ππ₯
Let the message sink in..........
A simple thing that plagued my life for a long time was unresolved Anger. This was throughout parts of my Teenage years and transitioning towards my 30s.
2020 (ironically during the lockdowns), is when I reached out to a great mentor of mine that got very deep with me before we got to the root cause and resolved the problem β
οΈ
Now......
We are flourishing.
Much more focused and driven β
οΈ
Locked in for growth β
οΈ
Leading a team β
οΈ
Driving higher standards β
οΈ
Im barely angry and when I am, we know how to address it β
οΈ
And much more β

οΈ
Key message - if something is holding you back, address it! Open up to it, take the corrective action and you will be heaps more clear in your mind and focused going forward π₯
π₯π₯© NUTRITION TIP π₯©π₯
We all need protien to function properly.
Protein, arguably, is the most essential Macro-Nutrient out of the 3 (Carbs and Omega 3 Fats the other Marco's), that we need for muscle, body fat reduction, brain and heart health, alterness etc
We have added in Steak and Eggs for breakfast this year for Head Trainer, Aaron, and this has resulted in:
Increased lean Muscle β
οΈ
Reduced Body fat β
οΈ
Flatter stomach/Abdominals β
οΈ
Increase energy without relying on Carbs β
οΈ
Improved Mindset β
οΈ
Decreased Cravings β
οΈ
Ranging between 500-750 calories, this meal is 95% protein and a meal to consider at breakfast or after a morning workout.
TIP: Make sure you buy free range eggs and grassfed beef from your local butcher. Better quality for you and you support local Produce π₯

Some awesome and profound words from Participant Lachie in May!
Lachie started with us earlier this year and has been developing solid capacity with his health routine. This includes more structure in the Gym that allows understanding of exercise technique, fitness and engaging in the community for his NDIS goals.
Proud to have Lachie as an awesome Client π
