Home Workout Idea - Bulgarian Split Squats: great for the b***y, the legs, core and balance.
You can use a chair, table, virtually any platform for your rear leg at home and use dumbbells to increase intensity! π¦΅
TIP: Go at normal speed ππ
Home Workout Idea: Forearm Plank - planks are fantastic for your whole body, but particularly your core and there are so many variations to progress to.
Hold for as long as you can and work on increasing your time.
TIP: Remember to breathe! π§π»ββοΈ
