⚽️ GIRLS UNITED GO FUTSAL! 🔥

Some of our Girls United crew have joined forces to take on the Senior Women’s Futsal League — and tonight they hit the court for their VERY FIRST GAME! 🙌

And what a debut! 👏💙❤️

For a team with plenty of futsal newbies, the girls played bloody brilliantly! There was plenty of energy, some great football, lots of determination and, most importantly, a whole lot of fun. 🫶

We’re so proud to see our Girls United crew stepping outside their comfort zone, trying something new and backing themselves. 💪

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped us celebrate the 2026 season. It was a night full of good people, good times and plenty of memories made.

Pool was played 🎱
Drinks were drunk 🍻
Trophies were won 🏆
Good food was consumed 🍽️
And laughter filled the room! 😂

These are the moments that make our club what it is. ❤️💙

Here’s a little glimpse at the fun, the chaos and everything in between! 📸😂

Thank you, Saints family — we couldn’t do it without you!

💙 JOAN LAWSON MEMORIAL AWARD
🏆 Sue Lawson

This award is particularly special to our club, as it is presented in memory of Sue’s late mother, Joan Lawson.

Sue is one of those incredible people who seems to be involved in everything at St Albans. From registrations and administration to helping wherever she is needed, Sue devotes an enormous amount of her time, energy and heart to this club.

There is no one more deserving of this special recognition. ❤️💙

And finally, a very special congratulations and thank you to our Premier Men’s Head Coach, David Lawson. 👏

David has led the boys through an incredible 2026 season, guiding them to the 2026 Minor Premiership and building a team that was an absolute force on the pitch.

His leadership, commitment and belief in the team have been a huge part of what made this season so memorable. Congratulations David — and thank you for everything you have poured into the Saints. 💙

To every player, coach, volunteer, committee member, sponsor, supporter and family member — thank you.

This club is so much more than what happens on the pitch. It’s the people, the friendships, the families and the community that make St Albans what it is.

Here’s to an incredible 2026 season — and to everything still to come. ❤️💙

UP THE SAINTS! ⚽️🔥
