What a day at Leviathan Unchained! 💪

Great lifting, a supportive crowd and a positive atmosphere from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, the feedback has been fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with how it came together.

Jacob Tapp’s massive total was a highlight, alongside seeing so many lifters new to APL stepping onto the platform and having a crack. Thank you to every lifter who put in the training and made the effort to compete. It felt great to reward some brilliant lifting.

A special thank you to our volunteers, referees, spotters, loaders and scoring crew for making the day run so well. And to our members and volunteers who helped with setup and tidying up afterwards: you made a big job feel easy.

A huge shout out to Shmick Tint & Vinyl for their Best Lift of the Meet prize, and Muscle Gen Supplements for handing out samples all day and supporting our lifters with the Grind Award and Redemption Award.

To everyone who came along and cheered, thank you. The support and positivity made it a bloody good day.
First comp as a meet director for me and things ran better than I could have hoped.

We’ll be back bigger and better in May 2027! 🖤

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to one of our members, Justin "Stacks" Bean, who tragically lost his life in a car accident which was none of his fault last Friday.

Justin was a friend to us all, training hard most days of the week and sharing joy with many.

Justin was a valued part of the Leviathan community and will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and everyone who knew him.

A solemn reminder to us all to enjoy every day.

Rest easy, Justin.

Scott is a fifo miner that trains with me in his off weeks. He is an avid dirtbike rider and wants to stay strong and healthy enough to ride well.

He spends most of his time in a machinery cab so definately needs to train when he can.

Deadlifts are an important part of this so he can his bike up again when he bins it on the trail!
