Not sure what to expect at your first class? This is it 👇
💪 When you arrive, your trainer will guide you through every exercise with demonstrations, technique tips, and alternative movements if needed. We make sure you always feel comfortable, supported, and confident knowing what to do.
🔥 Every session starts with a warm up to get your body moving, prepare your muscles, and raise your heart rate before the workout begins. (stay safe!!)
⏱️ From there, we jump into the workout together, following the large interval timer on the wall so it’s easy to keep track of sets, rounds, and rest times.
🙌 After class, expect high fives, good vibes, and plenty of energy.
