Come down and join us for a fun day on the green! Whether you’ve never picked up a bowl before or you’re a seasoned bowler, everyone in our community is welcome.

Our Ladies Cocktail Night was a huge success, with plenty of cocktails enjoyed, raffles won, & lots of laughs shared throughout the evening! 🍸💕

Thank you to everyone who joined us & helped create such a fun atmosphere. A special shout-out to Irene, Sue, Julie & Holly for all their hard work in making the night possible. Another mention to our in house maintenance Men, Tony Laird & Roger Bluette for putting up lights and helping make our clubrooms look pretty! Thank you also to Andrew “Needles” Needham for sourcing our cocktail glasses for the evening!

We loved seeing our clubrooms filled with so many amazing women from our community & can’t wait for the next event! 🥂✨

Some of you may remember Josh Walker-Davis from his visit to our club back in May.

He’s just bowled for 51 hours straight, at Briars Sports Club in Sydney, in an attempt to raise $50,000 for Black Dog Institute and this afternoon has achieved his goal.

Who said lawn bowls was a summer sport?? No rain or 10 degree weather stopped these 4! Well, for 45 minutes it did! 🤭

Congratulations to Andrew “Needles” Needham and Tony Laird for taking out the Men’s Pairs championship last night, against Danny Bermann and Troy Donovan. A very close game the whole way through, and managed to walk away with a 2 shot win. 🏆

Thank you to all our members who braved the cold Melbourne weather to show their support. 😊

Despite delays due to work and the Easter break, a big congratulations to Sam Mayers on his win over Troy Donovan in the Murrumbeena Cup final! 🏆

Join us tomorrow night, Wednesday the 6th, at 5:00pm for the showdown between Danny Bermann & Troy Donovan vs Andrew ‘Needles’ Needham & Tony Laird as they take to the green in the Men’s Pairs Grand Final! 💪
