We are a family friendly gym that caters for all ages and fitness levels and needs. Our operating hours are from 6am-8pm Mon-Fri and 10am-2pm Sat and Sun
We are the best equipped gym in the Valley and cater for the NOVICE to the ADVANCED trainer. Dress Standards are in place to make all feel welcomed and comfortable no matter their body shape. No crop tops or bare torso.

Have you met The Valley Gym's World Vision Sponsor Children. I've personally been a child sponsorships since the age of 18. Stephen and I are also blessed to sponsor a family privately that I have known for 22 years. Its such a rewarding feeling to pay it forward to those in need that are less fortunate than us. If you'd like to help with sponsorship, we a have jar on the reception desk that you can put loose coins in, or even some notes as one generous member does monthly.
