DNS Strength Training Course – Part I has been successfully completed in Melbourne, Australia!
This three-day course introduced the application of DNS principles to traditional strength training. Participants focused on trunk stabilization, breathing, and the use of DNS concepts in fundamental movements such as pressing, pulling, hinging, and squatting.
Thank you to all participants for your great engagement and active involvement throughout the course.
Special thanks to our instructors Richard Ulm and Hans Lindgren for their expert guidance and sharing valuable experience.
