Darren Owens Self Defence is a mix of Taekwondo and kung Fu. I have been training for 39 years and teaching for 36 of them. Great way for the whole family to do something together. I run three Centres in the area. Tenambit,Chisholm and Beresfield. Once you are a member of one , you are a member of all three Centres. You can train from Monday to Friday at any of the three Centres. Come and try a lesson for free to see if it is for you. Great deal if your kids use the Kids Active Voucher to sign up.
