Lord Casey Rover Unit

Lord Casey Rover Unit are the proud recipients of the Baden Powell Lodge Rover Service Award for 2025.

The Unit displayed an outstanding commitment to community service and scouting service and are beyond deserving of the award. Their hours of service were extensive and diverse. Each of these Rovers embodies the qualities of a service based focus and are all dedicated and hardworking volunteers who should be beyond proud of their efforts.

For some of our unit members this was not their first time receiving this award. Lord Casey has been awarded this award 4 times over a span of 25 years. We are incredibly proud of this achievement.

Last Wednesday we did our annual food collection for uniting care, and we donated even more than we did last year! We are extremely grateful for all the donations we collected to help provide to families in need.

Last night was Lord Casey's AGM and Elections. A massive thank you to Bruce Wood, one of the first Lord Casey members, for telling us about Lord Casey's start 50 years ago. We are exceptionally thankful for all the previous members of the crew who have shaped it into what it has become. A vibrant and passionate unit still in Noble Park, helping the community. Thank you to all who attended last night, we hope the next 12 months will be as exciting as the last have been.

Last Wednesday, we were joined by some friends for a task master evening run by Lauchlan. But plot twist! The final task was to invest both Lauchlan and Tyler! Congratulations on the investiture and a fun evening

Last week, Lord Casey ran an online games night and played many games of Among Us and Jackbox. It was a very fun evening and we can't wait to play them again.

Tonight, Lord Casey and made a trip to the Queen Victoria Night Market. Clearly we liked the crowns most of all. But we had other adventures. But mostly the crowns, definitely the crowns. Crowns are all from .silver.castle
